Being a family of dog lovers, we walk with our dogs daily. We also live in a community that requires us to "Clean up after our Pet." Like most people we walk early morning or late evening and usually it's dark. We were concerned for our safety and the safety of our pets as cars rushed by hurrying to work, or home for dinner. We decided we needed to be seen, and we wanted something more convenient than carrying a used shopping bag in hand for poop pick-up.
